View & download invoices

What is this?

There are two ways to pay for Theatilo, and so two places for invoices:

• Subscription via Stripe (monthly or yearly): the invoices are in the Stripe billing portal.
• Pay by Invoice (a one-off term paid by bank transfer): the invoices are on the subscription page under Invoice history.

Invoices in the billing portal

1. Click Ensembles in the sidebar, pick your choir and then Choir settings.
2. Select Subscription and click Open Billing Portal. The button appears as long as a subscription is active.
3. In the Stripe portal you see your invoices and download them.

Invoices for payment by invoice

1. Open the Subscription page as above.
2. Under Invoice history each invoice is listed with number, status and amount.
3. Via the menu on the row choose Download PDF. For cancelled invoices, the cancellation is also available as PDF.

Request payment by invoice

As long as no subscription is active, click Pay by Invoice on the subscription page. You choose the term, enter the invoice name, email and address and request the invoice. Once the payment arrives, the choir is activated or extended manually, which takes 2 to 5 working days. The bank account connection can't be booked this way.

Permission

Only administrators of the choir can use the subscription page.

Tips

• Pass the invoices to the treasurer regularly, so the bookkeeping stays up to date.
• Keep invoices. Invoices must be kept for 10 years.
