Open a chat from the overview to read the full history, write new messages or react to existing ones, in 1:1 chats and group chats alike.
Send a message to a member or a group right from the chat, with text, attachments and an automatic push notification for the recipient.
Fix typos in a message you sent, up to 15 minutes after sending. Edited messages are marked so that everyone in the chat can see it.
Delete a message in a chat. It disappears for all participants and is replaced by the note "This message was deleted".
React to a chat message with an emoji. It is quicker than a reply and keeps the chat from filling up with short confirmations.
Find a member of your choirs to start a new 1:1 chat, using the name search under "New Chat" in Messages › Chats.
Mute a chat to stop getting push notifications for it. The chat stays visible and you can read it at any time, only the alerts stay off.
Mark a chat you have already read as unread again, so you remember to reply later and the open answer does not slip your mind.
Create a new group chat for several members, for example for a voice section, the board or a working group in your ensemble.
Upload a picture for your group chat, such as a voice section logo, a group photo or a fitting symbol, so everyone recognizes the group at a glance.
Add members to a group chat, remove participants, set access rules by voice part or function, or view the full participant list.
Change the name of an existing group chat, for example when the purpose of the group has changed or a clearer name fits better.
Give admin rights to other participants of a group chat. They can then also manage participants and change the group settings.
Delete a chat from your overview. The other participants keep it, and if someone writes to you again, the chat returns with its full history.
Report inappropriate content or behavior in a chat to the Theatilo team. The report goes to the operator, not to the leadership of your choir.
Block a person to stop receiving messages from them. You can no longer message each other, and the chat disappears from your overview.
