System notifications in the header (bell icon)

Open the bell dropdown

Click the bell at the top right to see your latest bell notifications about events, notifications, mentions, tasks and more.

Find older bell notifications

The bell shows your latest bell notifications. Here is how to find older entries and the content behind them in the individual areas.

Glocke > Alle

Mark all as read

Set all unread bell notifications to "read" with one click. The number on the bell drops to zero, and the content itself stays unchanged.

Open a bell notification entry

Click a notification in the bell and you land right at the content: the event, notification, association announcement, board or community.

Open notification via bell

Click a notification entry in the bell and you land right on the notification, with its content, attachments, poll and comments.

Archive a notification from the bell

Open a notification from the bell and archive it. It then disappears from the notification list for everyone and can be restored later.
