What is this?

There is no separate page with all bell notifications. The bell shows your latest entries. You find older content where it belongs: events under Events, notifications under Messages › Notifications, association announcements under Messages › Association.

How to find older bell notifications

  1. Click the bell at the top right of the header.
  2. Choose "All" at the top to see read entries too.
  3. Click an entry to jump straight to its content.
  4. If the entry is no longer in the bell, open the matching area in the sidebar or press Ctrl/⌘ + K to search for the event, notification or sheet music.

Permission

The bell is available to every logged-in user; no special permission is needed. You only see your own bell notifications, not those of other members.

Tips

  • Switch to "Unread" when the bell is full, so you only see what's still open.
  • If you often look for association announcements, go straight to Messages › Association, where all your association's circulars are listed.
  • Reset the number now and then with "Mark all as read" so new entries stand out again.

Frequently asked questions

How far back do bell notifications go?▾
On the web, the bell shows the 20 most recent entries. In the app you see all unread entries and the read ones from the last 30 days, 20 at most. The content itself (event, notification etc.) stays in its area.
Can I filter the list, for example to notifications only?▾
No. In the bell you only switch between "All" and "Unread". To search for something specific, use the area itself, for example Messages › Notifications, or the search in the header.
Are read bell notifications shown here too?▾
Yes. "All" shows read and unread entries, "Unread" only the open ones.
