The overview in the publisher portal shows total revenue, licences sold, revenue of the last 30 days, your payout, latest titles and recent credit notes.
In the Titles tab you see all your publisher's sheet music with voicing, difficulty, price, sales and status, and put titles in or out of the shop.
Create a new title with basic data, PDF, preview image, price and audio samples. It then goes straight up for sale in the Theatilo sheet music shop.
Change a title's basic data, description, preview image, PDF, prices and audio samples in the side panel. Changes apply from the moment you save.
Offer choir, choir with piano or piano only as versions of one title — sold together and switchable for buyers in the sheet music viewer.
As an author, decide what fee groups pay per performance of your play — fixed amount, minimum guarantee or revenue share, whichever fits your model.
See every purchase of your titles — which choir bought how many licences when, how many are assigned and what share is yours.
In the Sales tab you see your total revenue, licences sold, your payout, the breakdown of your earnings and the revenue generated per title.
See your current balance, your bank details and every credit note with period, amount and status — each credit note also as a PDF.
Set or change your publisher's IBAN and tax ID — the account Theatilo pays your credit notes to. Only the owner and administrators can change it.
Add colleagues, composers or bookkeeping to your publisher team using their Theatilo account, and set their role — viewer, editor or administrator.
