In the Sales tab you see your total revenue, licences sold, your payout, the breakdown of your earnings and the revenue generated per title.

What is this?
The Sales tab shows you how your titles are doing and how your earnings are made up.
What you see
- Key figures: Total Revenue, Licenses Sold, Revenue Last 30 Days and Your Payout
- Remuneration model: Gross Revenue, VAT included and Net revenue (only when VAT applied), Transaction Fees, Theatilo share and Payout
- Performance by Sheet Music: a table with title, composer, licenses sold, average price per licence and revenue, sortable by title, licenses sold and revenue

Every member of the publisher team has access.
Tips
- Sort by revenue to see which titles are doing best.
- Use the CSV export for your own analyses or reports to composers.
Frequently asked questions
Which time ranges can I evaluate?▾
The key figures show total revenue since the start and revenue of the last 30 days. There is no custom period selector.
How is my payout calculated?▾
Any VAT included in the sale price and the transaction fees are deducted first. Of the rest you receive your contractual share, Theatilo the remainder. The percentages are shown below the breakdown.
Can I export statistics?▾
Via ··· at the top right of the publisher portal you download every purchase with **Sales as CSV**.
