Projects are time-limited ensembles of a choir for productions, concert series or workshops — with their own participants, events, sheet music and notifications.

Create new project
Create a new project for your choir — for example for a production or concert series. It runs for one year and takes over voice parts and permission groups from the choir.

Open project
Open a project to see participants, events, sheet music and notifications — which tabs you see is controlled by your permission group in the project.

Edit project
Change a project's name, description, time zone, colour or logo. The choir and the run time of the project cannot be changed here.

Delete project
Delete a project for good together with participants, events, sheet music, notifications, albums and chats — or archive it so that everything is kept.

Manage project members
Bring members from the choir into the project, invite guests by email or invitation link, assign voice parts and remove participants when needed.

Assign sheet music to project
Share sheet music from your choir's library with the project or upload new pieces — participants see the repertoire in the Sheet Music tab.
