Mobile App Specifics

What only works in the iOS/Android app (or works differently than on the web)

Rehearsal session (live sync between members)

In the live rehearsal, the director opens a piece and all participants immediately get a notice. With the live marker they point to spots in the sheet music.

Scan tickets via QR code

At entry, scan the tickets' QR codes with the Theatilo app — the app checks each ticket instantly and counts how many guests have already arrived.

Make sheet music PDF available offline

Save sheet music locally in the app to read it without internet — perfect for rehearsal rooms with poor reception or for travel.

Enable push notifications

Enable push notifications in the Theatilo app so you do not miss anything important — new events, reminders, notifications and chat messages.

PDF viewer (mobile app)

The app's sheet music viewer with annotate, audio, voice trainer, piano, metronome and jump areas — all right on the score, even offline.

Draw PDF annotations

Draw breath marks, slurs, text and symbols with your finger or a stylus directly on your sheet music PDF. Personal, private and saved once you save.

Piano keyboard in the PDF viewer

Overlay piano keyboard right in the sheet music PDF. Play starting notes and intervals without needing a second device — even offline.

Metronome in the PDF viewer

Built-in metronome right in the sheet music PDF: 40 to 180 BPM, adjustable in steps of 1 and 5, with a pulsing beat indicator — no separate app needed.

Audio player in the PDF viewer (with loop & tempo)

Play audio examples directly in the sheet music PDF — with tempo from 0.5x to 2x, loop, 10-second skip and playlist.

Jump marks in the PDF viewer

Set jump areas for repeats, Da Capo or Coda. While practicing or in concert, jump to the right spot with one tap instead of flipping pages.
