Profile overview

Your account area in Theatilo: profile picture, name and email, plus quick links to settings, notifications, password and logout.

Edit personal data

Change your first and last name, sign-in email, an optional notification email and your profile picture. This applies across all your choirs.

Change password

Set a new password for your Theatilo account. Other devices and connected AI assistants are signed out, while this device stays signed in.

Notification settings

Turn Theatilo's email and push notifications on or off, and choose which association notifications you receive by email or push.

Subscribe to association notifications

Choose per association and category whether you receive association notifications by email or push. They always stay readable under Messages › Association.

Privacy & terms of use

Under Consents you can read the privacy policy and terms of use, and decide on recording and voice profile consent for board meetings.

Legal documents

Find the privacy policy and terms of use in settings, and the imprint, cancellation and withdrawal notices in the Legal section of the website.

Log out

Sign out of Theatilo on this device — for example on a shared computer or before you hand your phone to someone else.

Delete account

Delete your Theatilo account for good. Your profile, direct chats and access are removed; your membership data stays with each choir.
