What is this?
Theatilo's legal documents set out who runs Theatilo, which rules apply to using it and how we handle your data. They are public — you do not need to be logged in to read them.
How to open the legal documents
- Click your profile picture in the top right and pick "Settings".
- Pick "Consents" on the left.
- Under "Legal documents" you open the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service.
What is available
At the bottom of the Theatilo website, under "Legal", you find all documents:
- Terms of Service — terms of use for the Theatilo platform
- Ticket Terms of Use — for ticket sales
- Privacy Policy — privacy notice under GDPR
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- Cancel contract and Withdraw contract — for a paid subscription
- Imprint — provider details
Permission
The legal documents are publicly accessible — even without a login.
Tips
- For contract questions, contact support@theatilo.com.
- Keep your choir's documents separate — Theatilo's legal documents do not replace your choir's or association's own documents.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the provider of Theatilo?▾
Full provider details with address are in the imprint, linked at the bottom of the Theatilo website under "Legal".
What happens if the terms of use or privacy policy change?▾
When there is a new version, Theatilo shows you a window with the change the next time you open the app. You agree there. If you decline, Theatilo offers to delete your account.
Do I need these documents for my choir too (e.g. for our own imprint)?▾
No. Theatilo's legal documents only apply to the Theatilo platform. Your choir needs its own imprint and its own privacy policy for its public presence.
