Under Consents you can read the privacy policy and terms of use, and decide on recording and voice profile consent for board meetings.

This feature is only available on the web.

What is this?

Under Consents you find Theatilo's current legal documents and — if your choir uses the board area — your consent decisions for recording board meetings.

How to open Consents

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right and pick "Settings".
  2. Pick "Consents" on the left.

What you find here

  • Board meetings (only with the board area) — two consents, each with "I agree" or "I do not agree":
    • Recording and transcript — the meeting is recorded so a written record can be produced from it. The audio is deleted shortly after completion. Without consent from everyone present, nothing is recorded.
    • Voice profile — voluntary. Theatilo then automatically attributes spoken contributions to you. If you withdraw, your voice profile is deleted immediately.
  • Legal documents — the privacy policy and terms of service to read.

You can change your board meeting decisions here at any time. The finished record stays with the choir even after a withdrawal.

Permission

Consents are accessible to every user — no special permission needed.

Tips

  • Read the privacy policy at least once — you will better understand who in your choir sees which data.
