Edit personal data

What is this?

Under Personal details you manage the information in your Theatilo account: first name, last name, the email address you sign in with, an optional notification email and your profile picture. These apply across choirs — as soon as you change them, they are up to date everywhere.

How to edit your data

On the web

1. Click your profile picture in the top right and pick "Settings".
2. Pick "Personal details" on the left.
3. For a new profile picture, click "Change" and choose a file. "Remove" deletes the picture.
4. Edit the fields.
5. Save the changes.

In the app

1. Tap your avatar in the top right and pick "Edit Profile".
2. Use "Change photo" to take a picture with the camera or pick one from your photos.
3. Edit the fields and save.

Which fields exist

• Profile picture — JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 2 MB
• First Name and Last Name — required
• Email for signing in — required, this is what you sign in with
• Notification Email — optional, an additional address for notifications (e.g. for parents of children in a youth choir)

In the app you also set your language on the same page. On the web, language lives under "Language" in settings.

Permission

You can always edit your own personal details — no special permission needed.

Tips

• Add a profile picture — especially in larger choirs, it makes it easier for everyone to recognize you.
• Double-check an email change — a typo in the new address means you will no longer be able to sign in with it.
