Association overview
The overview in the association portal shows member choirs, active members, open requests and the age and gender distribution at a glance.

Open the association portal
As staff of a choir association, you open the association portal via "Association" in the sidebar — with overview, requests, notifications and staff.

Manage association staff
Add people who may work in the association portal — e.g. board, office or editorial team — and use the role to decide what they are allowed to do there.

Association settings
You currently can't edit the name, logo and other basic details of your choir association in the association portal yourself. Theatilo support does it.
Show sub-associations
With "Include sub-associations", the overview also counts the choirs of your sub-associations, such as the districts of a regional association.

Association member choirs
See all member choirs of your association with active members and contact email. One click shows member numbers plus age and voice distribution.

Manage join requests
Handle membership and jubilee requests from choirs: mark them in progress, accept them or reject them with a reason. The choir gets an email.

Association announcements overview
Under Association › Notifications you see sent association announcements and drafts, write new ones, and publish, edit or delete them.

Publish an association announcement
Write an official announcement to member choirs and their members — with category, target group and attachments. Publishing sends out emails.

Receive an association announcement
If your choir belongs to a choir association, you find its announcements under Messages › Association — plus email or push, depending on your settings.

Submit the association membership report
From December to January, Theatilo asks admins for the membership report: choose choirs, download the file, upload it to the association, confirm.

Choir requests to join an association
As a choir, send a join request to a choir association managed in Theatilo. The association decides — if it accepts, your choir belongs to it.

Withdraw a request to an association
Withdraw an open join request to a choir association as long as the association hasn't decided yet. Here's how to do it in the choir settings.
