Association overview
The overview in the association portal shows member choirs, active members, open requests and the age and gender distribution at a glance.

What is this?
The Overview is the start page of the association portal. At a glance you see how many choirs and active members your association has, whether requests are open and how the members are spread across age and gender.
How to open the overview
- In the sidebar, click "Association".
- You land on the "Overview" tab.
What you see here
- Member choirs — number of choirs in the association
- Active members — total across all member choirs
- Open requests — if you have the permission; one click opens the requests
- Member choirs as a table with active members and contact email
- Age distribution and gender distribution
- With the "Include sub-associations" switch (if allowed), an additional overview including sub-associations
Permission
You need a role in the association. The Open requests tile only appears if your role may see requests.

- Use the overview as your start page if you often handle association tasks — open requests catch your eye straight away.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see the association overview?▾
Only registered staff of the association. Member choirs and their members cannot see the association portal.
Can I see names or data of individual singers?▾
No. You only see aggregated numbers per choir — member count, age, gender and voice part distribution — and the choir's contact email.
How up to date are the numbers?▾
They are recalculated regularly. Below the key figures you can see how many minutes apart that happens.
