What is this?
The member choirs are listed on the Overview of the association portal. You see every choir that belongs to the association and has agreed to share its data.
How to use the list
- In the sidebar, click "Association". The list is on the "Overview" tab under "Member choirs".
- For each choir you see its name, active members and contact email. Clicking the address opens your email program.
- Click a choir to open its details in the side panel.
What you see for each choir
- Total members and active members
- The choir's contact email
- Data sharing — since when the choir has agreed
- Age distribution, gender distribution and voice part distribution
Permission
You need a role in the association that may see member choirs — by default, every role. Other choirs cannot see who else belongs to the association.
Tips
- Ask the choirs to keep their contact email up to date — announcements aimed at the choirs go to this address.
Frequently asked questions
Can I also see internal data of the member choirs, such as events or the cash book?▾
No. You only see aggregated numbers and the choir's contact email. Names, events, sheet music, announcements and the cash book stay with the choirs.
How does a new choir get into this list?▾
The choir sends a request to the association from its choir settings and agrees to share its data. As soon as someone in the association accepts the request under Requests, the choir appears here.
Can I export the member choirs?▾
No, the association portal has no export for this list.
