What is this?

The Notifications tab is the workspace for your association's communication. Here you see all published announcements and your drafts, and you write new ones.

How to use the overview

  1. In the sidebar, click "Association" and choose the "Notifications" tab.
  2. Switch between "Sent" and "Drafts".
  3. Click an announcement to read it in the side panel — including attachments.
  4. Use an announcement's ··· menu to "Publish" a draft, or to "Edit" or "Delete" an announcement.
  5. Start a new announcement at the top with "Write announcement".

What you see for each announcement

  • Title
  • Who published it and when — or "Draft"
  • Number of attachments

Good to know

  • You can edit a published announcement, but the changes are not sent out again.
  • Deleting a published announcement also removes it from the recipients' archive.

Permission

All staff of the association can see the announcements. Writing, publishing, editing and deleting is up to roles that may send announcements — by default administrators and editors.

Tips

  • One announcement per occasion is clearer than a round-up message.
  • Plan ahead — around the start of the season, festivals or funding deadlines, choirs want to hear from you early.
