Submit the association membership report

What is this?

The membership report is your choir's annual report to the choir association. Theatilo creates a file with the current member data, which you upload to the association. There's no separate page for it in the choir settings — during the reporting period, Theatilo asks you right after login.

How to submit the membership report

1. Log in between 1 December and 31 January. If a report is open, a window with your association's name opens.
2. Under "Select Choirs for Report", tick the choirs and choose a category for each. At most four choirs are allowed per category.
3. Click "Download Export" and save the file.
4. Upload the file to the association (in the way your association specifies).
5. Tick "I have uploaded the file to …" — you may do this even if you submitted the report another way.
6. Click "Confirm Submission". The report for these choirs is then done for the year.

If now isn't a good time, click "Remind Later".

Permission

Only administrators of a choir linked to an association with a membership report get the window.

Tips

• Check the member list beforehand — a clean list in Theatilo gives a correct report. Enter people joining and leaving in good time.
• Don't wait until the end of January — many associations set their own, earlier deadlines.
