Manage association staff

What is this?

Staff are the people who may work in the association portal. On the "Staff" tab you decide who that is and with which role. Without an entry, nobody has access to the portal — not even the board of a member choir.

How to add a staff member

1. In the sidebar, click "Association" and choose the "Staff" tab — or use "Add staff member" in the ··· menu at the top.
2. Enter the person's email address. They already need a Theatilo account with this address.
3. Choose the role.
4. Click "Add". From now on, the person sees "Association" in their sidebar.

Change a role or remove a staff member

1. In the list, open the ··· menu next to the person.
2. Choose a different role under "Role" — or "Remove" and confirm.

If you remove yourself, you immediately lose access to the portal.

Permission

Only staff who may manage staff see the "Staff" tab — by default the association's administrators.

Tips

• Keep the list small — the fewer people with full rights, the lower the risk of accidental changes.
• When the board changes, first add the new people and check their access, then remove the ones leaving.
