Open the association portal
As staff of a choir association, you open the association portal via "Association" in the sidebar — with overview, requests, notifications and staff.
This feature is only available on the web.
What is this?
The association portal is the workspace for staff of a choir association. You reach it via the "Association" entry in the sidebar — it sits below a divider, separate from your choir's areas. In the browser on your phone, you find it under More.
How to open the association portal
- In the sidebar, click "Association".
- If you only work for one association, its portal opens right away. With several, pick the association from the list "Your associations".
- At the top you see the association's name (for sub-associations with "Under …") and the tabs.
What's in the association portal
- Overview — key figures and member choirs
- Requests — membership and jubilee requests from the choirs
- Notifications — write association announcements, drafts and sent ones
- Staff — who may work in the portal
At the top right you also find "Switch association" (with several associations), "Write announcement" and, in the ··· menu, "Add staff member" — each only if your role allows it.
Permission
You see the "Association" entry as soon as you are registered as staff in at least one association. Which tabs and buttons appear depends on your role in the association.
