Manage project members

What is this?

In the Participants tab you manage who takes part in the project. It works like a choir's member list: you bring in members from the choir, invite guests, assign voice parts and remove participants again.

How to manage participants

1. Click "Projects" in the sidebar, open the project and choose the "Participants" tab.
2. Bring in from the choir: open the ··· menu and choose "Take over from choirs". Select the people.
3. Add guests one by one: click "Add Member" and enter name and email address.
4. Invite via link: click "Invitation link" and share the link. Anyone who has it can join the project.
5. Change voice part or permission group: open the person in the list and edit them.
6. Remove: use the ··· menu in the person's row and confirm.

Via the ··· menu you can also "Import Members" (from a file) and manage custom fields.

Permissions

• Adding and editing participants: the permission in the project to edit members (by default the project's administrators and editors)
• "Take over from choirs": additionally Manage project members — in the project and in the choir

Tips

• Invite early — even months ahead, so that everyone keeps the date free.
• Settle the voice parts beforehand — that avoids redistributing later.
• Tell guests about the programme and rehearsal plan, for example with a notification to the project.
