What is this?
The Sheet Music tab of a project holds the project's repertoire. You can share sheet music from your choir's library — it stays in the choir and additionally appears in the project — or upload new sheet music.
How to share sheet music with the project
- Click "Projects" in the sidebar, open the project and choose the "Sheet Music" tab.
- Click "Share from …" (with your choir's name).
- Tick the pieces you want. With many pieces, the search field helps.
- Click "Share".
With "Upload Sheet Music" you add new sheet music directly.
What you see in the sheet music list
- Title, composer and arranger
- Label "Licensed" for licensed sheet music
- Number of audio files
- Download as a quick action
- ··· menu with "Stop sharing" for shared sheet music
Clicking a piece opens it as usual.
Permissions
- Share and Stop sharing: Share sheet music with projects — in the project and in the choir
- Upload sheet music: the permission in the project to edit sheet music
- View sheet music: the permission in the project to view sheet music
Tips
- Share all pieces right at the start, so participants know the programme.
- Open the sheet music once in the app, then you can read it without internet too.
Frequently asked questions
Is sheet music copied or only shared?▾
Only shared. The sheet music stays in the choir and additionally appears in the project.
How do I take back a share?▾
Open the "···" menu on the piece and choose "Stop sharing". Right afterwards you can still reverse this with "Undo". The piece remains in the choir.
Can I add project-specific notes to a piece?▾
No, there are no separate notes just for the project.
