Edit project
Change a project's name, description, time zone, colour or logo. The choir and the run time of the project cannot be changed here.

What is this?
With Edit you adjust a project's details: name, description, time zone, colour and logo.
Participants, events and sheet music are not affected.
How to edit a project
- Click "Projects" in the sidebar and open the project.
- Click "Edit" at the top right.
- Adjust the fields:
- Name
- Description
- Timezone
- Color
- Logo — upload, or delete with "Remove"
- Save the changes.
What you set elsewhere
- Voice Parts and Reports — in the ··· menu on the project page
- Permission groups — in the ··· menu (project administrators only)
- Run time — only via support
Permissions
You need the permission in the project to edit its master data (by default the project's administrators, including whoever created it).
Tips
- Inform participants of bigger changes with a short notification.
- Keep the description up to date — it is the project's calling card for new participants.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants see changes immediately?▾
Yes. As soon as you save, all participants see the new details. For bigger changes a short notification helps.
Can I change the project's choir?▾
No. A project stays assigned to the choir in which it was created.
Can I extend the run time?▾
Not yourself. Write to support@theatilo.com for that.
