Open project

What is this?

When you open a project you land on the project page with everything that belongs to it: participants, events, sheet music and notifications.

How to open a project

1. Click "Projects" in the sidebar.
2. Click the project's card. Archived projects are under "Archive".

What you see on the project page

• Header — name, "Project of …" (the choir), run time "until …" and description
• Participants — the project's member list
• Events — all of the project's events
• Sheet Music — the project's sheet music, including pieces shared from the choir
• Notifications — notifications to the project

Which tabs appear depends on your permission group in the project. If it allows none, you see "Nothing shared with you yet".

What you can do

• Open events and confirm or decline
• Open sheet music and download it
• Read notifications
• With permission: "Edit" at the top right, and in the ··· menu also Voice Parts, Reports and — as an administrator of the project — Permission groups and Delete Project
• Leave project via the ··· menu

Permissions

You need View projects in the choir. What you see and may do in the project is controlled by the project's permission groups.

Tips

• Check the project regularly as the concert date approaches — events and sheet music often change at short notice.
• Open the sheet music once in the app, then you have it with you even without internet.
