Create new project

What is this?

With Create project you start a new time-limited ensemble for your choir — for example for a production, a concert series or a workshop. The project runs for one year from creation.

How to create a project

1. Click "Projects" in the sidebar.
2. Click "Create project" at the top right.
3. Choose the Choir the project belongs to. If a choir is selected in the choir switcher at the top, it is pre-filled.
4. Enter the Project Name, optionally a Description, and choose a Color and the Timezone.
5. Click "Create project".
6. A short assistant guides you through Basic Settings and Voice Parts. With "Complete Setup" you land in the new project.

What happens after creating

• You are administrator of the project.
• Voice parts, custom fields and permission groups are taken over from the choir.
• The project is listed under "Active" in the overview, with the run time "until …".
• Now you can invite participants, create events and share sheet music.

Limits

• At most three active projects per choir
• The choir needs a subscription or the trial period
• The run time is one year; extensions via support@theatilo.com

Permissions

You need Create projects in the choir. Administrators and editors have this by default.

Tips

• Put the programme and goals in the description, so participants immediately know what it is about.
• Create the first events straight away — invitees then see whether the dates suit them.
