What is this?

In the Licences tab you see every purchase choirs have made for your titles. Per purchase you get the key facts and the breakdown of the amount.

What you see in the list

Per purchase the table shows:

  • Purchased on
  • Title
  • Purchased by — the buying choir
  • Purchased and Assigned — number of licences
  • Your share
  • Payment status

The list can be sorted by purchase date, title and choir.

Details of a purchase

Clicking a row opens a side panel with:

  • Purchased, Assigned, Available and Total paid
  • Fee breakdown — gross amount, transaction fee, amount after fees, Theatilo's share and your share
  • Assigned licences — licence IDs with status (active or revoked), date assigned and date last opened

CSV export

Via ··· at the top right and Sales as CSV you download every purchase as a table — with title, composer, choir, date, quantities, amounts, payment status and licence IDs.

Permission

Every member of the publisher team has access.

  • Export regularly for your bookkeeping.
  • If anything about a purchase is unclear, contact Theatilo support.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see which choir bought which piece?▾
Yes. Per purchase you see the buying choir, the title, the purchase date, the number of licences and your share.
Can I see the names of the singers?▾
No. For privacy reasons, assigned licences show no names, only licence IDs with the date assigned and the date last opened.
Can I export the licence list?▾
Yes. Via ··· at the top right of the publisher portal you download every purchase with **Sales as CSV** — handy for your bookkeeping.
