What is this?
In the Titles tab you see all the sheet music your publisher offers in the Theatilo sheet music shop. From here you create new titles, edit existing ones and put titles in or out of the shop.
What you see in the list
Per title the table shows:
- Title (with arranger and the co-publishing tag when relevant)
- Composer
- Voicing and difficulty level
- Price — per licence, flat or "Free"
- Sales, minimum licences and pages
- Status — In shop or Inactive
What you can do
- Search by title, composer, arranger or voicing
- Filter by All, In shop or Inactive
- Sort by title, composer or sales
- Upload title via the button at the top right
- Via ··· in the row: Edit, Versions and audio samples, Remove from shop or Put in shop (with undo)
- Clicking the row opens the title for editing in the side panel
Permission
All roles in the publisher team can see the list. Editors, administrators and the owner can edit, maintain versions and put titles in or out of the shop.
Tips
- Keep descriptions and preview images up to date — they help choirs choose.
- Remove titles from the shop if you don't want to offer them for a while. With Put in shop you offer them again later.
Frequently asked questions
How many scores can I offer?▾
There is no limit on the number of titles.
What happens when I take a title out of the shop?▾
It is no longer visible in the sheet music shop and can no longer be bought. Choirs who already bought it keep seeing it.
What does the Co-publishing tag mean?▾
The title is published together with other publishers. Your share is shown next to the title. Shares and the list of publishers are maintained by the Theatilo team — write to support for changes.
