Publisher dashboard
The overview in the publisher portal shows total revenue, licences sold, revenue of the last 30 days, your payout, latest titles and recent credit notes.
This feature is only available on the web.
What is this?
The Overview is the home page of the publisher portal for publishers and composers selling their sheet music through the Theatilo sheet music shop. Here you see at a glance how your titles are doing and what is paid out next.
What you see in the overview
- Total revenue — links through to sales
- Licences sold — links through to licences
- Revenue last 30 days
- Your payout — the amount already paid out; links through to payouts
- Latest titles — the five most recently created titles with price and number of sales, plus the All titles link
- Payouts — the latest credit notes with amount, period and status; once a credit note is created, clicking it opens the PDF
What you can do from here
- Switch between areas via the Overview · Titles · Sales · Licences · Payouts · Team tabs
- Upload title at the top right (editor role and above)
- View shop to see your titles in the sheet music shop
- Via ··· at the top right, Invite team member (administrator role and above) or download Sales as CSV
Permission
Every member of the publisher team has access. All roles can read. Editors, administrators and the owner can upload and edit titles. Administrators and the owner can also replace PDFs and manage the team and bank details. Only the owner can change roles.
Tips
- Check the overview after a new release to see the first sales.
- Keep descriptions and preview images up to date so choirs can make a good purchase decision.
