Maintain payout bank account
Set or change your publisher's IBAN and tax ID — the account Theatilo pays your credit notes to. Only the owner and administrators can change it.

What is this?
In the Bank Details area you set or change the account your credit notes are paid out to, and your publisher's tax ID.
How to maintain the bank account
- Open Publisher > Payouts.
- In the Bank Details area, click ··· on the IBAN row and choose Change bank details.
- Enter IBAN and Tax ID.
- Click Save.
What you should keep in mind
- Check the IBAN carefully — a typo delays payouts.
- Changes take effect from the moment you save.
Permission
Every member of the publisher team can see it. Only administrators and the owner can change it; everyone else sees a note that the owner and administrators change the bank details.
Tips
- Double-check the IBAN before saving.
- Keep the bank account up to date right away when you switch accounts, so payouts do not run into the void.

Who can see my bank details?▾
All members of your publisher team see the IBAN and tax ID in the Payouts tab. Only administrators and the owner can change them. Your bank details never appear in the sheet music shop.
From when does a changed bank account apply?▾
From the moment you save it. The next payout goes to the new account.
What information do I need?▾
In the form you enter the IBAN and the tax ID. Other publisher details, such as the billing address, are maintained by the Theatilo team — write to support for changes.
