Report inappropriate content or behavior in a chat to the Theatilo team. The report goes to the operator, not to the leadership of your choir.

What is this?
With Report chat you alert the Theatilo team to a chat that contains inappropriate content or behavior. Your report is reviewed confidentially, so you don't have to deal with the conflict yourself.
You can choose from these reasons:
- Illegal content
- Harassment/Bullying
- Hate speech
- Spam
- Threats
- Other
How to report a chat
- Open the chat in question.
- Tap ··· at the top right (chat options).
- Choose Report chat (app: Report).
- Pick a category from the list.
- Describe what happened in the Reason field, at least 10 and at most 1,000 characters.
- Click "Submit report".
What happens after the report
The Theatilo team receives your report together with the chat and your reason, and reviews the case. Possible actions are:
- A note to the author
- Removing individual messages
- A warning or temporary suspension
- Suspending the account for serious or repeated violations
Permission
Reporting needs no special permission. Every participant of a chat can report it.
Tips
- Be specific about what was inappropriate, for example by quoting the messages or naming the participant involved.
- If there is an acute threat or signs of a crime, also contact the authorities. Theatilo supports them within the limits of the law.
- Also use "Block user" if someone is harassing you personally. That gives you peace right away, regardless of how the moderation goes.
- Avoid false reports. The feature is meant for real violations, not for personal conflicts or differences of opinion.

For content that breaks the law, for harassment, hate speech or threats, for spam or fraudulent content, and when minors are at risk. For organizational matters in your ensemble, talk to your choir director directly.
