Put your choir's public website online: with its own address, description, events and news. If you like, under your own domain as well.

What is this?
With the public website your choir gets its own page on the internet without you programming anything. Events come from Theatilo automatically; texts, logo and news you maintain in the choir settings.
How to activate the website
- Click Ensembles in the sidebar, pick your choir and then Choir settings.
- Select Public website.
- Under Address and content enter the Website Name and the URL Path, for example
my-choir. If the path is taken, Theatilo shows “URL is already taken”. - Choose the website's Language and optionally enter a Contact Email and a Description.
- Switch on Website online at the top.
- Click Save.
Once the page is online, you open it with View Website at the top right.
What the website shows
- Header with name, logo and description
- Ticket Sale, when an event is currently selling tickets
- News
- Upcoming events of the types you choose (rehearsals, concerts, other events)
- Contact button with your contact email
- Imprint and Privacy
Events appear on the website regardless of whether they are visible in the choir only to certain voice parts or groups.
Permission
You need the permission Manage website.
Tips
- Choose a short URL path that is easy to remember.
- Before switching on, check which event types should be public. You may not want to show rehearsals.
- Own domain: if you have a domain such as www.my-choir.com, you connect it in the same section.
Frequently asked questions
Does the public website cost extra?▾
No. The website is included in the subscription, also with your own domain. You book the domain itself with a provider of your choice. You can only save the website settings with an active subscription or during the trial.
What does the website show?▾
The name, logo and description you enter under **Public website**, plus news, upcoming events of the selected types, running ticket sales and a contact button with your contact email. The page links the imprint and privacy policy automatically.
At which address is the website reachable?▾
At chorilo.com/w/ plus the URL path you set, for example chorilo.com/w/my-choir. The URL path must be unique. With your own domain it is also reachable there.
