Export anniversaries & wedding anniversaries
Export membership anniversaries and wedding anniversaries for a year as Excel, CSV or PDF. The basis for honours and congratulations in your choir.
This feature is only available on the web.
What is this?
Under Reports there are two anniversary lists:
- Membership Anniversaries: members who reach 25, 40, 50, 55, 60 or 65 singing years in the selected year. It counts the time in your choir from the entry date plus the previous choirs from the singing career.
- Wedding Anniversaries: members who have been married for 5, 10, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100 years in the selected year.

What the export contains
Membership Anniversaries: first name, last name, entry into current choir, anniversary reached (date), anniversary years, total singing years, email, phone, mobile phone, street, postal code, city.
Wedding Anniversaries: first name, last name, wedding date, years of marriage, email, phone, mobile phone, street, postal code, city.
Why the singing career matters
Membership anniversaries count singing years across all choirs entered. If a member's previous choirs are missing, only the time in your choir counts, and an anniversary shows up too late or not at all.
