Your choir at a glance (Ensembles panel)
Via Ensembles in the sidebar you reach everything that belongs to your choir: members, contacts, cash book and choir settings, depending on your permissions.
This feature is only available on the web.
What is this?
Everything you manage in a choir is reached via Ensembles in the sidebar. Clicking your choir shows what you may do there:
- Members: member list with Active, Passive and Approval, import and invitation link
- Contacts: the choir's address book
- Cash book
- Choir settings: General, Voices & roles, Permissions, Subscription, Public website, Venues, Reports, Referrals, Setup and Leave choir
Above every page that belongs to exactly one choir there is a narrow bar with the choir's name and Switch. So you always see which choir you are working on.
How to use the panel
- Click Ensembles in the sidebar.
- Click your choir. If you are only in one choir, the panel opens directly there.
- Choose the area you want to open.
- With ‹ All choirs you go back to the list of your choirs.
The selection in the panel doesn't change the choir selector at the top. Events, sheet music and messages keep showing what is set there.
Permission
The panel is available to everyone who is in at least one choir. Which entries you see depends on your permissions:
- Members: View member list
- Contacts: View contacts
- Cash book: View cashbook
- Choir settings: one of the permissions Edit settings, Manage voice parts & functions, Export reports, Manage website, View venues, or Administrator of the choir
Tips
- With Ctrl/⌘ + \ you open and close the Ensembles panel from the keyboard.
- Maintain name, logo and description under Choir settings > General.
