Choirs list (all your choirs)
See all choirs you are a member of, with your role, the number of members and the subscription status. From here you open members or choir settings.
What is this?
Via Ensembles in the sidebar you reach all choirs you are a member of. The panel lists every choir with your role. Clicking a choir shows what you may manage there: Members, Contacts, Cash book and Choir settings, depending on your permissions. With ‹ All choirs you go back.
If you are only in one choir, the panel opens directly at that choir.
The My choirs page shows the same choirs as cards. With several choirs you reach it via the choir selector at the top and Manage choirs. Each card shows:
- Name, logo and your role
- Description, if entered
- Number of members
- Subscription status, if any
How to use the overview
- Click Ensembles in the sidebar.
- Click a choir and choose what you want to open.
- On My choirs, clicking a card opens the member list or the choir settings. A card's ··· menu offers Members, Choir settings and Leave ensemble.
- You create a new choir with Add ensemble.
In the app
Under Avatar > My Ensembles you see your choirs. Tapping one opens the choir with the member list and, if you are allowed, the invitation link.
Permission
No special permission needed. You only see choirs you are a member of. What you see per choir in the panel depends on your permissions there.
Tips
- Set a logo and a colour in the choir settings. Then you recognise your choirs at once.
- Leave old choirs you are no longer active in via Choir settings > Leave choir.
