Setup wizard (set up your choir)
After you create a choir, the setup wizard guides you through basic settings, bank details, voice parts, ensemble functions and the chart of accounts.

What is this?
The setup wizard opens right after you create a choir. It guides you through the most important settings in five steps:
- Basic Settings: name, colour and time zone
- Bank Details: the club's bank account for the cash book and SEPA direct debits
- Voice Parts: the most common voice parts are already created; you add, rename or delete.
- Ensemble Functions: your own functions and offices in addition to the standard functions
- Chart of Accounts: SKR49, SKR42 or no chart of accounts for the cash book
How to use the wizard
- After Create Ensemble the wizard opens automatically.
- Fill in each step and click Next, or click Skip.
- With Back you go back one step.
- In the last step click Complete Setup.
Continue later
- Click Ensembles in the sidebar, pick your choir and then Choir settings.
- Select Setup. You see “… of … done” and the list of steps.
- Click a step to open the matching setting, or click Continue setup.
The list only shows the Chart of Accounts step if you may see the cash book.
Permission
Only administrators of the choir can see the Setup section.
Tips
- Enter the bank details right away if you want to use the cash book and SEPA direct debits.
- Then invite members, via the Invitation link, one by one or by import.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to go through the wizard?▾
No. From the second step on you can skip every step. You can also reach all settings individually later under **Choir settings**.
Can I start the wizard again later?▾
Yes. Under **Choir settings > Setup** you see which steps are done. If the setup is not finished yet, you resume it with **Continue setup**. Each step in the list also leads directly to the matching setting.
When does a step count as done?▾
Basic settings when name and time zone are set. Bank details when an IBAN is entered. Voice parts and ensemble functions as soon as at least one entry exists. Chart of accounts as soon as accounts exist in the cash book.
