Manage ticket orders

Keep track of all ticket orders: buyer, number, amount and status. Cancel orders, download tickets as a PDF and check tickets at the entrance.

What is this?

On an event's Tickets tab you see all ticket purchases under Orders. Here you keep track of buyers and payments, cancel orders and download tickets. On the day of the concert you check the tickets at the entrance.

How to use the order overview

  1. Open the event and switch to the Tickets tab.
  2. Scroll to “Orders”. Use the search to find orders by name, email or number, and the filters to find them by status.
  3. Open the “···” menu of an order:
    • View: buyer details, tickets with row and seat, payment information
    • Tickets as PDF: download the order's tickets
    • Regenerate Tickets: create the PDF again, for example after a change to the ticket design
    • Cancel Order: up to 24 hours before the start, with a full refund

At the top of the tab you see sold and available tickets as well as the total sales.

What you can see

  • Order number, buyer, number of tickets, amount and order date
  • Status: Paid, Pending, Cancelled or Refunded

Admission on the day of the concert

  • In the app: open the event, Tickets tab, Scan tickets. The camera reads the QR code, or you enter the ticket code.
  • On the web: Tickets tab, Ticket Scanner. You enter the code or use a handheld scanner.
  • Instant feedback on whether the ticket is valid. Tickets that have already been scanned are rejected.
  • Counters for total, scanned and remaining.

You only see the scanner with the permission Create & edit ticket sales. In the app, the Tickets tab also only appears if ticket sales are unlocked for your choir and the event has a ticket sale.

Free tickets

With Create Free Tickets you hand out free tickets, for example for guests of honor or the press. For this you need Create & edit ticket sales.

Permission

  • See orders: View ticket sales
  • Regenerate tickets, free tickets, scan tickets: Create & edit ticket sales
  • Cancel: Delete ticket sales

By default administrators and moderators have all of these permissions.

Tips

  • Test the scanner before the concert with a free ticket.
  • Plan several helpers at the entrance who scan in parallel.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a buyer loses their ticket?▾
On the “Tickets” tab, open the “···” menu of the order and choose “Tickets as PDF”. You can pass the file on to the buyer. The QR code stays the same, so a ticket cannot be redeemed twice.
How does admission work on the day of the concert?▾
In the app, open the event, tap “Scan tickets” on the “Tickets” tab and scan the QR codes with the camera. On the web, open the “Ticket Scanner” on the “Tickets” tab and enter the code or use a handheld scanner. Tickets that have already been scanned, cancelled or not paid are rejected. Several people can scan at the same time. To scan, you need the permission **Create & edit ticket sales**.
Can I cancel an order?▾
Yes, up to 24 hours before the event starts. In the order's “···” menu, choose “Cancel Order”. The payment is refunded in full. For this you need the permission **Delete ticket sales**.
