Permission required: Events – View attendance history

What is this?

Theatilo keeps track of how a member's responses and attendance develop. There are two places for this:

  • Attendance History on an event: every change to a person's response
  • “Attendance” tab in the member area: all events of a member with attendance or decline

Attendance history on an event

  1. Open the event and switch to the Attendees tab.
  2. Open the “···” menu next to the person.
  3. Choose “Attendance History”.

You see every change with the old and new status, date and time, who made it and how, for example via the email link, by a parent or when attendance was recorded. For declines, the reason is shown. On the web, hovering over a person shows the latest change.

A member's attendance

  1. Open Ensembles > Choir > Members.
  2. Click the member.
  3. Switch to the “Attendance” tab.

You see how often the member has attended and declined, and the list of these events. Depending on the available data, figures such as the rehearsal attendance in percent and how many times in a row the member recently missed are added. With edit permission you can also add missing events here.

Permission

  • Attendance History: View attendance history, by default administrators and moderators
  • “Attendance” tab: anyone who is allowed to see sensitive member data, and the member themselves

Tip

Talk to members who miss events noticeably often before you draw consequences. Often there is illness, work or family behind it.
