Download event files
Open or download the files of an event, such as directions, the program booklet or the schedule. On the web and in the app on the “Files” tab.

What is this?
On an event's Files tab you find all files that the choir leaders have uploaded or linked from the file storage. Linked files carry the label “from Files”.
How to download files
On the web:
- Open the event and switch to the Files tab.
- Click a file to open it in the preview.
- Or open the “···” menu and choose Download.
In the app:
- Open the event and tap the Files tab. It only appears if there are files.
- Tap a file to open it.
What you see
- Name and file type of each file
- Size and, for uploaded files, who uploaded them
- “from Files” label on files from the file storage
Permission
You need View events and must be allowed to see the event. Invited guests see the directly uploaded files as well.
Tip
Download performance files to your device beforehand if you expect poor reception at the venue.
Frequently asked questions
Can I download all files at once?▾
No. You download files one at a time. For an event's sheet music, there is the “All as PDF” button on the “Sheet Music” tab.
Do I need access to the folder in the file storage?▾
No. Everyone who is allowed to see the event can also open the files linked to it.
What does “no longer available” mean?▾
The linked file was deleted in the choir's file storage. Contact the choir leaders if you need it.
