Event detail view
All information about an event on one page: time, location, description, your response, attendees, sheet music, tasks, files, comments and tickets.
What is this?
The event detail view brings together everything about an event: date, time, location, description, your response, who is coming, the sheet music, tasks, files and comments.
On the web
At the top you see the title, date, time, location and type of the event, and for shared events also the choirs involved. With the right permissions you find Duplicate, Edit and, in the ··· menu, Delete Event next to it.
Below are the tabs:
- Details: time, location, online link, linked event, description, confidential note (only with permission), custom fields and the comments. To the right are Your response and Who’s coming? with the numbers per voice. On narrow screens your response appears directly below the title.
- Attendees: everyone invited in four columns (Attending, Maybe, Declined, Pending), grouped by voice
- Sheet Music: the pieces of the event in program order
- Tasks: tasks around the event
- Tickets: ticket sales, only for events that are not a rehearsal and with the permission View ticket sales
- Files: uploaded and linked files
- Contacts: guests from the address book, only with the permission View contacts
In the app
At the top you see the title, time and location. Via Map you open the location in Apple Maps or Google Maps or copy the address. With the right permissions you find the pencil for editing and the trash can for deleting at the top right.
The tabs are Details, Attendees, Sheet Music, Tasks, Tickets, Files and Comments. Sheet Music, Tasks and Files only appear if there is something in them, Sheet Music always appears if you have edit permission.
Permission
You need View events and the permission for the respective event type. By default all members have them.
