View, sort and remove sheet music at an event
Look at an event's program, open the sheet music, put the pieces in the right order or remove them. With the total duration.
What is this?
An event's Sheet Music tab lists all pieces that belong to this event, in program order. Members see the list the way the choir leaders have sorted it.
What you see
- List of pieces in program order
- Per piece: title, composer or arranger and, if entered, the duration
- Labels such as “Licensed” or “No PDF”
- Total duration of the program below the list
Clicking a piece opens it.
What you can do
- Download: via a piece's ··· menu, or All as PDF for all pieces at once
- Change the order: drag pieces by the handle on the left (web) or move them with the arrows (app)
- Remove from event: via the ··· menu. The piece stays in the sheet music library.
- Add new pieces: see “Add sheet music to an event”
- Take over from another event: see “Import sheet music from another event”
- AI: Suggest Sheet Music: see “AI program suggestion”
In the app you can also sort the list alphabetically instead of by program.
Permission
Viewing: everyone who is allowed to see the event. Sorting, adding and removing: on the web with Create & edit events and Create & edit sheet music, in the app with Create & edit events. Downloading: with Download & share sheet music.
Tip
Set the order early. If the program is fixed by the first rehearsal, everyone can prepare better.
