What is this?

The attendee list shows everyone invited to an event, with their response. This lets you see quickly whether the voices are covered for a rehearsal or performance.

What you see

  • Four columns: Attending, Maybe, Declined and Pending, each with a count
  • Grouped by voice: in each column the people per voice
  • Bar per voice: acceptances in relation to everyone invited in that voice
  • Guests: in a separate group, marked as “Guest” or “Contact”
  • Reason for declining below the name, if you are allowed to see decline reasons
  • Search and voice filter: search for a person or show only one voice

On a phone you see one column and switch between the four statuses at the top.

What you can do with permissions

With Create & edit events:

  • Remind pending: reminder to everyone without a response or to everyone who accepted
  • Invite Guest: invite people from outside the choir
  • Add Member: add a member with a status
  • In a person's ··· menu: mark them as attending, maybe or declined, or Remove from event

With Check & edit attendance: Record attendance after the event.

With View attendance history: open the Attendance History in a person's ··· menu.

In the app, you find the Attendance and Remind buttons on the Attendees tab.

Permission

Everyone who is allowed to see the event sees the list. For the actions you need the permissions mentioned above. By default administrators and moderators have all of them.

Tips

  • Check the list before every rehearsal to spot gaps early.
  • Use “Remind pending” before an important rehearsal instead of writing to everyone individually.

In the voice with the abbreviation S, 8 out of 10 invited people have accepted. Maybe responses are shown in brackets after it, for example “8 (+2)/10”.
