Add sheet music to an event

What is this?

With Add Sheet Music you assign pieces from your sheet music library to an event. Members see them on the event's Sheet Music tab in program order and open them from there.

How to add sheet music

On the web:

1. Open the event and switch to the Sheet Music tab.
2. Click “Add Sheet Music”. A selection of the pieces from the sheet music library opens.
3. Search by title or filter by tags.
4. Tick one or more pieces.
5. Click “Add”. The pieces appear right away in the event's list.

In the app:

1. Open the event and tap the Sheet Music tab.
2. Tap “+ Sheet Music”, choose one or more pieces and tap Add Sheet Music.

For shared events, the sheet music of all choirs involved is available.

What members then see

• List of pieces on the Sheet Music tab, in program order
• Total duration of the program, if durations are entered
• Open with a click on the piece
• All as PDF on the web (with the permission Download & share sheet music) or Save offline in the app

Permission

On the web you need Create & edit events and Create & edit sheet music, in the app Create & edit events. By default administrators and moderators have both permissions.

Tips

• Add sheet music early, ideally right after creating the event. Then everyone can prepare.
• Put the pieces in program order, see “View, sort and remove sheet music at an event”.
• Use “Copy from event” if you need the program of another event.
