Ask questions and sort out organizational matters right at the event. With @ mentions you address specific people, everyone or everyone attending.

What is this?
With comments you clear up questions right at the event, for example about the meeting point, clothing or schedule. That way the arrangement is where everyone can find it.
How to comment
- Open the event.
- On the web you find the comments at the bottom of the Details tab. In the app you tap the Comments tab.
- Write your comment in the “Add a comment...” field.
- Click “Submit”. On the web you can also use Ctrl or ⌘ + Enter.
@ mentions
Type @, and Theatilo suggests people to choose from:
- @Name: a specific person from the choir or a guest of the event
- @all: all active members of the choir
- @attendees: everyone who has accepted the event
Mentioned people get an email and a push notification, depending on their own notification settings, provided they are allowed to see the event.
Permission
Anyone who is allowed to see the event can comment, including invited guests. There is no separate permission for it.
Tips
- Use @all sparingly, otherwise mentions are quickly overlooked.
- For topics that go beyond the event, a notification under Messages is the better place.

Who sees my comments?▾
Everyone who is allowed to see the event, including invited guests. Comments are not public.
Does the whole group get a notification for every comment?▾
No. Only people who have subscribed to the event's comments and people who are mentioned are notified. With @all you mention all active members, with @attendees everyone who has accepted.
Can I attach images or PDFs to comments?▾
No. Comments consist of text only. You upload files on the event's “Files” tab if you have the permission to do so.
Can I edit a comment?▾
No. You can only delete your comment and write it again.
