Analyses and reports
Via Export you create a transaction list, annual report, statement of assets, cash audit report, Anlage EÜR and DATEV export for any period.

What is this?
All cash book reports are created via the Export button at the top right. It is available on every tab of the cash book. The file is downloaded directly.
Under Report type you can choose:
- Transaction list (individual transactions) — all entries of the period as PDF or CSV
- Annual report (income/expenses) — totals by category and result
- Statement of assets (account balances) — opening and closing balance of each account and total assets
- Cash audit report — cash movements, balance per account and signature fields
- Anlage EÜR (cash-basis income statement) — totals per line of the Anlage EÜR
- DATEV export — CSV file for your tax advisor
- Audit log (CSV) — the change log
How to create a report
- Open Ensembles, choose your choir and go to Cash book.
- Click Export at the top right.
- Choose the Report type.
- Set From and To. The current month up to today is pre-filled.
- Optionally: Narrow it down to a Category or Cost centre. For the Anlage EÜR you also choose the Activity sphere, and for the transaction list the Format PDF or CSV.
- Click Export.
Permission
You need View cashbook. Apart from the audit log, all exports require an active subscription or a running trial for the choir.
Tips
- For a whole year, set From to 1 January and To to 31 December.
- For the Anlage EÜR it pays to set the tax sphere on every entry and to maintain the EÜR lines in the chart of accounts.

Which reports are there?▾

Which report suits the general meeting?▾
Usually the **Annual report** for the financial year, together with the **Cash audit report**, which the treasurer and the cash auditor sign.
Why are entries missing from the Anlage EÜR?▾
By default, the Anlage EÜR only contains entries with the activity sphere **Commercial business operations**. Entries without a sphere or with a different sphere are missing. Under **Activity sphere** you can choose a different sphere or all spheres.
