Delete invoice draft
Drafts you no longer need are deleted for good. Final invoices cannot be deleted; instead they are cancelled with a credit note for the full amount.

What is this?
With Delete draft you remove an invoice that has not been finalized yet, such as a test draft. This cannot be undone.
How to delete a draft
- Open Ensembles, choose your choir and go to Cash book > Invoices.
- Open the draft or use the ··· menu of its row.
- In the ··· menu, choose Delete draft.
- Confirm with Delete.
Permission
You need Delete transactions. Everyone with Create & edit transactions sees the menu item, but deleting only works with Delete transactions.

Why can I not delete a final invoice?▾
Final invoices have a number and are stored. They must be kept. Cancel them with a credit note instead.
Does deleting create a gap in the numbers?▾
No. Drafts do not have a number yet; the number is only assigned when you finalize.
