Frequently asked questions
Does opening also work offline in the app?▾
Yes, for the PDF. Once you have opened a piece in the app, the PDF stays stored on the device and can be opened without internet too. Audio files need a connection.
Can I add annotations on the detail page?▾
No, not in the browser. Personal annotations are made in the app, in the sheet music viewer via Annotate. They are only visible to you.
Why can't I open a purchased piece?▾
For sheet music from the music shop with per-person licenses, each member gets a license seat the first time they open it. If all seats are taken, a notice appears — then contact your choir management.
