Permission required: Sheet Music – View sheet music

What is this?

In the In events area on a piece's detail page, you see all rehearsals and performances this piece is linked to. Useful to keep an overview:

  • When was the piece last rehearsed?
  • At which next performance do I need it?

How to find the linked events

  1. Open the piece in the library.
  2. In the right column (further down on mobile) is the In events area. If there is no link, the area is missing.
  3. Click an event to jump directly to the event's detail page.

What is in the list

  • Title of the event
  • Date with weekday
  • an icon that distinguishes rehearsals from other events

A link is created in the event:

  1. Open the event in the Events area.
  2. Switch to the Sheet music tab and add the pieces from your library.
  3. The link then appears on the piece's detail page.

This only works with the Create & edit events permission. All steps are described under Add sheet music to an event.

Permission

To see the links you need View sheet music and access to the respective event.

Tips

  • Link pieces to every event at which they are rehearsed — then you have a complete rehearsal history per piece.
  • For concerts, link all program items right away — members can then open the pieces directly from the event.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I only see some events and not all?▾
You only see the events you are allowed to see yourself. Events not visible to you are hidden by Theatilo, even if the piece is linked there.
How does a link come about?▾
Someone with the Create & edit events permission adds the piece under Sheet music in the event. The link can be removed there at any time.
Do I also see past events?▾
Yes. The list covers past and upcoming events, newest first. That way you can see, for example, when the piece was last rehearsed.
