Frequently asked questions

What happens to invoices and transactions?▾
Both stay valid unchanged. Archiving only hides the contact.
Can I get an archived contact back?▾
Yes. Set the "Archive" filter to "Archived only" or "Including archived", open the contact and click "Restore".
When are contacts deleted for good?▾
Never automatically. A contact is only deleted for good via GDPR deletion — which requires the permission "Handle GDPR requests".
