Manage tags
Create your own tags to categorise contacts, rename them or delete them. The built-in system tags such as bank or sponsor cannot be changed.

What are tags?
Tags let you categorise contacts. A contact can have any number of tags — for example "Bank" and "Sponsor". You cannot change the system tags that come with Theatilo. You can create your own tags for your choir at any time, e.g. "School partner" or "Christmas concert sponsor".
How to manage tags
- Click "Ensembles" in the sidebar, choose the choir and then "Contacts".
- Click "Manage tags" at the top.
- With "Add tag" you create a new tag with name and colour.
- Under "Custom tags" you rename or delete existing tags. The system tags are listed below and cannot be changed.
When you delete a tag, it disappears from all contacts — the contacts themselves stay unchanged.
