Edit a contact
Update an external contact's details — address, bank details, tags, notes and privacy fields. Existing records keep the details they were created with.

How to edit a contact
- Click "Ensembles" in the sidebar, choose the choir and then "Contacts".
- Click the contact: the form opens at the side next to the list. Via the icon at the top right you can also open it as a page of its own.
- Adjust the fields and save.
The ··· menu of the row also offers "Edit".
What does not change
- Records already created keep the old details.
Frequently asked questions
Are my changes applied to existing invoices?▾
No. Invoices and transactions already created keep the details that applied when they were created. Only new invoices use the updated data.
Who sees the change?▾
All members with the permission "View contacts" see the new data immediately.
Why can I not edit a contact?▾
Archived contacts cannot be edited. Restore it first with "Restore".
