Issue a donation receipt for a contact
Create a donation receipt from a contact for an income entry in the cash book. Theatilo takes the donor's name and address from the contact.

Requirement
Under Cash book › Settings › Donation receipts, the association name, tax number and responsible tax office must be entered. Receipts are only available for income.
How to create the donation receipt
- Click "Ensembles" in the sidebar, choose the choir and then "Contacts", and open the contact.
- Click "Donation receipt" (also in the ··· menu of the row).
- Choose the Year. At the top are transactions already linked to the contact, below them further income of that year.
- Choose a transaction and click "Download donation receipt".
Theatilo creates the PDF and links the contact to the transaction as the donor. Next time, this transaction appears at the top.
Permissions
You need View cashbook in the choir and access to the contacts.
